Institut Artline

Since mid 2019, I’ve been working freelance as a member of the Institut Artline team to teach online classes about game development.

During the first semester, I created and led an introduction class about game & level design. I also helped students understand the game intrustry (nature of projects, studios, evolution of the medium as a whole…)

They finally made their first game prototype with Game Builder, the open source engine from Google.

Christmas update for Despicable Me: Minion Rush

The new update for the iOS / Androïd version of Despicable Me: Minion Rush just came out. It’s already the third update I worked on for this project since my arrival  in Gameloft Barcelona in May 2015.

I helped to design and implement new gameplay assets as Minions’ costumes, planned and integrated the daily and holidays specials events.

Participation to the Monster Game Jam

With the Random Colors team, I participated to my first game jam in Brussels last week.

It was a very cool experience and everyone gave his maximum during the 30 hours of the jam.

Our prototype, Diabolo Tank ranked 5# out of the 12 projects involved.

First gameplay video for Binge Runner

C.C.C.P. released a first gameplay video of the Binge Runner project :

I worked on it at the very beginning of the project, defining the gameplay and making the first draft of the level design.

I’m thrilled to see the progress of the project and looking forward to play the final version.

End of the contest for Game4Job

The contest following the first season of the Game4Job project has ended.

850 persons participated to the game and 5 big winners claimed their prizes. This is without counting all the participants who won opportunities of interviews and internships during the contest.

I’m proud that the game reached its target and helped some of the player in their search for a job. Hopefully the C.C.C.P. will have the opportunity to make a new season soon.

« Fighter Within » is released on Xbox One

Fighter Within, the newest game from AMA studios / Daoka, has been released in the same time than the Xbox One.

I worked during 2 years as a game designer on this project. You can find further informations on my work here.

Fighter Within announced

Ubisoft and Microsoft has announced the future release of Fighter Within for Xbox One during Gamescom. I worked during two years as a game designer on this project at AMA Studios (now Daoka). The release is scheduled for the launch day of the Xbox One.

My Self Defence Coach is released

The next AMA Studios’ game : My Self Defence Coach (or Self Defense Training Camp in USA) is in stores now. It’s for the Xbox 360 with Kinect and is published by Ubisoft.
